Adjacent to Springfield Brae, McNulty Homes have acquired the ground lying to the north, which was originally the gardens of Abbeybank House. This future development is on an elevated site with stunning views over the town of Arbroath .

It is envisaged this development will consist of approximately 11 houses of mixed types. Five are proposed to be terraced, two and a half storey with integral garage, accommodation consisting of three bedrooms, lounge kitchen, utility and bathroom. Parking spaces to the front and rear private gardens with their own access. These terraced houses will be accessed from Hayshead Road .

The other six houses are detached and situated on an elevated site over looking the town. Accessed from Springfield Terrace and lying in a private half crescent, these houses are proposed to consist of four and five bedroom schemes, each with a master bedroom en-suite, kitchen, lounge, study, main bathroom, utility room, integral garage and large sized private garden areas.

Currently at the planning stage, this development is scheduled for a start in Spring 2005.
